Ryan Williams-Jenkins is a decorated combat veteran and former Marine Corps Captain that has spent time state-side and in Afghanistan leading and developing teams.  Throughout Ryan's professional career he has always been in a leadership position, holding positions of Platoon Commander, Convoy Commander, Company Executive Officer,  and Acting Company Commander. Through experience and the Penn State School of Business: SMEAL Executive Leadership Program he has grown into a lively, relatable, and dynamic leader. In short, he has a heart of service and is dedicated to giving back to help others develop across all walks of life.

Ryan also has an extensive background in athletics, playing Division 1 football at the United States Naval Academy, working in college athletics, and working in the NFL with the New York Giants and the Seattle Seahawks. He has had the unique opportunity to engage with United States' Presidents and Congress to drive athletic initiatives for athletes.  He is now a Founding Partner, President, and Certified NFL Agent at Divine Sports & Entertainment, where he focuses on advocating for athletes and other talents.

Beyond the military and athletics, Ryan achieved his Master in Business Administration from Liberty University's School of Business. There he focused on Leadership in Business. He now uses life experience and advanced education to inspire, advise, and consult. He works closely with major universities and global corporations, teaching them how to lead and develop more cohesive and effective teams. He works closely with billion dollar organizations to drive their leadership initiatives.
